MORE 50 is thrilling and fast – this groundbreaking performance cruiser is designed to astound its owners, even in light to medium winds. With a long waterline hull, we took particular care to reduce hull drag for good light-medium wind performances, with minimal fuel and electricity consumption. The sail plan is adequate for the task – with a slight displacement, we reduced the need for an overly tall mast that is difficult to deal with in heavy winds. Nothing is standing between you and the wind with new MORE 50. Unlock the potential of impressive experience at sea, ocean or in a regatta.

State of the art technology in yacht building

Italian signature style (designed by Maurizio Cossutti) in combination with MORE advanced yacht building technologies results in creating a new range of resilient perfomance cruisers. Above and beyond its category, MORE 50 is an eyecatcher at sea, with a firm and rigid construction that assures outstanding safety. Components that typically withstand high stress levels (such as hull and deck) are built using modern vacuum technology, resulting in an extremely strong yet lightweight yacht, and an outstanding performance in the water. Stainless steel frame additionally secures the keel, making safety and durability an easy task for MORE 50. Structural parts of the yacht are reinforced with carbon fibres, making MORE yachts resistant to all weather conditions. Hull, deck and all other structural parts are firmly connected by structural glue and additional GRP laminate.

MORE pays attention to every detail – the shipyard has a complete in-house production of plastic parts, and stainless steel and other metal parts, along with hand varnished furniture production. It is the most all-encompassing shipyard of the region, delivering unique sailing yachts to the most demanding sailors.

Step on board

We invested a lot of time and care into working with yard management to come up with an effective and attractive-looking arrangement for an efficient shorthanded sailing. Cockpit is set up for smaller crews with a suitable layout of winches and ropes, and the possibility of a self-tacking jib, with a single point for mainsheet without track, jib furler below deck, gennaker/code tack point on bowsprit with lines leading to cockpit.

Engine room is easily accessible from the saloon thanks to the lifting entrance stair, and from both aft cabins.

With two big lockers in the benches, you will have enough organizational space in the cockpit. Halyard lockers in the aft part of the benches can be removed in the racing configuration to get extra space for the mainsheet trimmer in front of the wheel pedestals.

Substantial and protective sprayhood covers the front part of the cockpit, including the seats, and when not used goes in a dedicated recessed area. Additionally, a separate bimini top is available for the protection of the aft cockpit.
